An industry leading medical association needed to have a specific credit card applied for purchase based on a variable account number provided, or not provided, by the paid traveler at the time of booking.
ATC tackled the problem with the goal of full automation. By building a database that worked in tangent with the ATC GDS system, our client could have their travelers book paid travel online and still have the credit card and accounting code requirements met.
ATC was able to accomplish the task at hand, and provide the policy/procedure requirements through automation, ultimately reducing the service fee per transaction for the association.
